NobleLex AI is a legal intelligence platform that provides AI-powered tools including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered legal chat and research assistance

  • Judgment analysis and comparison
  • Document translation between Indian languages and English
  • Contract review assistance
  • Web-based legal information retrieval
  • Exam mode for legal education and preparation

The Service uses artificial intelligence models, including Google Gemini and OpenRouter, to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.

3.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by NobleLex AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, text, and data you upload or submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI models is provided "as-is" without any warranty. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output.

6. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

NobleLex AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is an AI-powered legal research and document processing tool designed to assist users, not to replace qualified legal professionals.

  • AI-generated analyses, citations, and responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
  • No attorney-client relationship is created between you and NobleLex AI by using the Service.
  • You should always consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
  • Do not submit privileged or confidential information if you are not comfortable with AI processing.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter) and authentication services (Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NobleLex AI, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
