The Service uses artificial intelligence models, including Google Gemini and OpenRouter, to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
3.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI models is provided "as-is" without any warranty. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output.
6. Disclaimer of Legal Advice
NobleLex AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is an AI-powered legal research and document processing tool designed to assist users, not to replace qualified legal professionals.
- AI-generated analyses, citations, and responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- No attorney-client relationship is created between you and NobleLex AI by using the Service.
- You should always consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
- Do not submit privileged or confidential information if you are not comfortable with AI processing.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter) and authentication services (Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
